Alexa completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary and then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. During this time, Alexa worked with a variety of populations and gained experience in cardiorespiratory (post-surgery), neurological (post-stroke and traumatic brain injury), and musculoskeletal (strains, sprains, and fractures) rehabilitation.

Alexa is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that are targeted towards your goals. She utilizes comprehensive education, manual therapy skills, and personalized exercise programs to you get back to your desired level of activity and function.

Alexa loves being outdoors, and especially enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and skating in the mountains. When staying in Calgary, she also likes playing field hockey, reading a good book, and trying out new food around the city.
