Jenna Westover, MSc.PT.

Physiotherapist

Concussion

Jenna completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta, after finishing her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, with a focus in Exercise and Health Physiology. Prior to her career as a physiotherapist, she worked as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Jenna has always been active and participated in several sports growing up, most notably swimming and ice hockey.

As a physiotherapist, Jenna's primary goal is to get patients back to doing activities that they love, whether that is playing elite sports, or spending time with their grandchildren. Jenna enjoys treating a variety of age groups and injuries, but thrives when working with older adults, weekend warriors, and the active population. Jenna enjoys treating a variety of injuries, including concussion, sport related injuries, chronic conditions, and musculoskeletal injuries.
Jenna strongly believes in the power of exercise and movement as medicine and always uses a patient-centered approach to treatment. She will work with you to determine meaningful goals, and create an individualized treatment plan in order to achieve what you want out of physiotherapy. She provides patients with thorough education to understand their condition, uses hands-on techniques and modalities to supplement therapeutic exercise programs.

Outside of the clinic, Jenna enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active through weightlifting, swimming, and trying out new exercise classes, cooking, and watching hockey.
