Lisa graduated in 2010 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Since finishing her master’s degree Lisa has completed a variety of post-graduate training in advanced manual therapy courses, as well as obtaining certification in Integrated Dry Needling and Acupuncture.
Manual therapy, needling techniques and specific exercise prescription are the main skills Lisa will use to help you achieve your goals, whether they be to decrease pain or maximize function. In addition to orthopedic issues, she has taken a special interest in dizziness. She has training in assessing and treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and other vestibular disorders. Recently, Lisa has expanded in this area by adding concussion management to her clinical practice.
Before moving to Calgary, Lisa worked in Salmon Arm, B.C. She is an avid soccer player and also enjoys a variety of activities including hiking, golf, yoga and snowboarding.
